South Africa
Mackintosh provides free global delivery on orders over £300, €350, US$400 or ¥60,000, or the equivalent exchange-rate value. South Africa is covered by the brand’s global delivery policy. The qualifying total is assessed in the selected storefront currency, and all global orders are delivered with customs and duties included under the stated DDP service.
All Mackintosh global orders are delivered on a duties-paid basis, so customs and duties are included in the checkout arrangement rather than collected separately on arrival. This applies to South African delivery under the global policy. The product price, delivery charge below the free-shipping threshold, exchange rate and final total are shown before payment.
Mackintosh offers free exchanges and returns for global orders, with a 30-day period from receipt to request a return or exchange. South African customers use the return portal and the supplied DHL label after acceptance. Items must be unworn, unused, tagged and in original packaging with proof of purchase; stated non-returnable categories remain excluded.
